The provincial government’s new locum recruitment program is now in effect.

The program provides opportunities for physicians, both private and public, to work as locums throughout the province, including in areas that have had recruitment challenges.

The program includes a $10,000 bonus for physicians who provide more than 25 days of locum services in a year.

Physicians interested in providing locum services can register online at www.workinhealthnl.ca.
