Tomorrow marks the deadline for people who use furnace and stove oil to heat their homes to apply for the 2024 home heating supplement.
Residents can apply online, and include copies of invoices showing the purchase of at least 250 litres of furnace or stove oil.
The supplement ranges from between $200 and $500 and is available to all residents who earned an adjusted family income of $150,000 or less for 2023, and who incurred direct costs for the purchase of furnace or stove oil to heat their principal residence.
