The Commission of Inquiry into the Treatment, Experiences and Outcomes of Innu in the Child Protection System is intact again.
Judge James Igloliorte had stepped back from the chairmanship but is now resuming his role.
He rejoins Anastasia Qupee of Sheshatshui, the former Grand Chief of the Innu Nation, and Dr. Mike Devine, retired associate professor of the School of Social Work at Memorial University.
The inquiry involves a range of processes, including reviewing relevant documents and records and holding public hearings.
