A man has been charged after a situation involving a weapon at a home in the centre city.

RNC were called to complaints of threats being made just before 4:00 yesterday afternoon.

When police arrived, the man was standing in the middle of the street.

The 31-year-old was arrested and charged with uttering threats, carrying a concealed weapon, and property damage.

He was held for court.
