A United Airlines jet that was forced to land in St. John’s en route to Dublin is going to have to wait a bit longer in the capital city.
The flight from Newark, New Jersey, had to divert to St. John’s International after declaring a medical emergency onboard.
Crews were unable to get back in the air yesterday and again this morning due to high winds.
Winds are gusting to 90 km/h at the airport today.
The flight will try to resume its journey tomorrow morning.
