With crunchy snow underfoot, Mount Pearl is going to resume its Safe Seniors Walks.
Starting Tuesday, municipal enforcement officers will guide two weekly walks at St. David’s Park where the walkways and paths are cleared and salted. The city says the winter maintenance will mitigate the risk of a slip or fall.
Despite the name, families and community members of all ages can join in.
