The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner is once again recommending that Memorial University release the details of the employment contract of the Harlow Campus’s Associate Vice-President.
The office says when the complainant first requested the document the university refused.
A complaint was filed and the office recommended that the information be disclosed.
MUN then released the document, but it had “almost all of the information redacted.”
A new complaint was filed, and the commissioner has found that legislation does not prohibit disclosure of most of the information.
The new recommendation is that MUN release the document, with only a small amount of personal information redacted.
