A 41-year-old Nova Scotia man did not make his ferry crossing back to that province after police nabbed him for impaired while waiting in the Marine Atlantic lineup.
RCMP received a report of a suspected impaired driver shortly before 10:00 Friday night.
Police say the man failed the breathalyzer and was arrested.
The accused has been released from custody and will appear in court at a later date to answer to a charge of impaired.
His license was suspended and vehicle impounded.
