Construction work begins today on the emergency entrance at the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Renovations are focused on the medical imaging space.
NL Health Services says a temporary enclosure will be constructed to temporarily house CT equipment. Some accessible parking spaces will be impacted during the construction, so alternative parking will be available in front of the temporary enclosure. The public can continue to park across from the emergency entrance.
Appointments and services will continue throughout the construction period. The emergency entrance will also remain available.
