A woman who assaulted a man at a home in the capital city continued to take her anger out on an RNC officer.

Police were called to a disturbance around 9:00 last night and found an injured man.

While attempting to place the woman in handcuffs, she punched the officer in the chest.

She was taken to the lockup on charges of assault and assaulting a police officer.
