A new Narrative Research poll on voter intention in the federal election shows strong Liberal support across Atlantic Canada.
Two-thirds of decided voters asked (65 per cent) support the Liberal Party, while one quarter (26 per cent) plan to vote for the Conservatives. Fewer than one in ten (8 per cent) plan to support the NDP.
According to the survey, few plan to vote for any other party outside of the traditional three.
Narrative Research says the findings are generally consistent across the Atlantic region, with the Liberal Party leading in all provinces, age groups and genders. Just 13 per cent of Atlantic Canadians asked say they are undecided.
