The Port of Argentia has made a donation to the Conception Placentia Health Foundation to support people living with dementia.
The $11,500 donation will go towards door wraps in the dementia care unit at Lions Manor Nursing Home.

The colourful door wraps not only help with the visual appeal of the space, but will also help patients recognize their rooms and navigate the area with greater ease.
The Port of Argentia says the wraps will be created using familiar and welcoming imagery, which will support a sense of “ownership and belonging” for residents.
