CUPE Local 5478 has reached a tentative agreement with The Gathering Place.
The deal, which has yet to be ratified, was reached after nearly a year and a half of negotiations.
Staff members unionized under CUPE Local 5478 in October of 2023, and if ratified, this will be their very first collective agreement.
Details will not be released until all members have the opportunity to review and ratify the terms.
