A driver flagged by police for not having his tail lights on had a bit more under wraps than expected.
RNC hauled the car over on Redmond’s Road in the west end around 8:30 last night after police noticed the car’s tail lights were off.
Officers discovered the 32-year-old man behind the wheel not only had a suspended driver’s licence, but was also carrying $9,000 in debt for outstanding fines.
He was charged for driving while suspended. The vehicle was seized and impounded.
