Two men have been charged after decorating City of St. John’s property with spray paint last night.

RNC were alerted to the vandalism and caught the pair in action near City Hall around 10:30 p.m.

The two men bolted with officers catching up to them after a brief foot chase.

The 21 and 22-year-old were arrested and released to appear in court at a later date on a charge of mischief.
