Over $35,400 has been raised for the South and Central Health Foundation through a radiothon through the VOCM Cares Foundation.
The funds, which were raised through a special broadcast yesterday afternoon, will go towards the foundation’s occupational therapy department.
The crew at VOCM Cares will do it all again this afternoon, this time as part of the Central Northeast Health Foundation Mother’s Day radiothon.
That broadcast will take place from 12 to 4 p.m. today in that region of the province.
