A woman has been arrested after a house in Gander Bay was virtually destroyed by fire.
The home was fully engulfed when RCMP arrived around suppertime Monday. All residents escaped from the home, which is located in Davidsville. There were no injuries.

The woman was arrested for uttering threats and was taken into care at the hospital in Gander under the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act.
The investigation continues and further charges are possible.
