Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services has launched a new province-wide Community Health Assessment survey to guage patient experiences in the health care system and learn about what the priorities are for residents.
The survey, in partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Statistics Agency, will allow the health authority to learn more about the health needs of people in communities throughout the province.
The CHA will be conducted through a random survey of residents either online or by phone.
Those who are selected to take part will be contacted directly by phone or mail.
If you receive a letter, it will include a secure access code and instructions on how to complete the form online.
