An unusual traffic slowdown on Harvey Road this hour.
A city of St. John’s garbage truck has crashed through a retaining wall, leaving the cab of the truck hanging over the edge of a concrete wall.
The truck is stuck, perpendicular to the road.
RNC are on site managing traffic in the area. Harvey Road is partially closed between Tim Horton’s and Roebothan McKay Marshall.
