A search is underway for an autistic child missing in the Clarenville area.
Eight-year-old Adalyn Skinner has brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, purple pants and white shoes.
She was last seen running into a wooded area near Weybridge on Random Island around 3:45 Friday afternoon.
RCMP and Ground Search and Rescue are actively searching for the child. They are also asking residents in the area to check their properties and vehicles, if possible.
Anyone with information is asked to contact RCMP.
