The Trans Canada between Gander and Benton has reopened to one lane following a serious collision overnight.

RCMP blocked off both lanes for several hours and remain on the scene this morning.

Traffic is now slowly moving through one lane with alternating access.

Both lanes of the Trans Canada between Gander and Benton are closed following a serious collision overnight.

RCMP blocked the roadway around 3 a.m. and remain on the scene this morning.

Gander RCMP is on scene of a serious motor vehicle accident on the Trans Canada Highway (TCH), between Gander & Benton.
