The RNC is searching for a 40 year old man reported missing from St. John’s.
Michael Starkes is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 180 pounds with a shaved head and brown/grey hair.
He was last seen in the area of Pennywell Road around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20th.
He was driving a white Kia Soul, which was located Sunday night in the area of Red Head Road in Flatrock. A search is underway in the Flatrock area.
