A man hiking the East Coast Trail who was reported overdue was located just before 2:00 this morning.
An experienced hiker, he had set up camp for several hours in the Shoal Bay Road area. The St. John’s Rovers were going to launch a search party at daybreak but two people on ATV’s found the man, and took him out of the area to safety.
