Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services has set up a temporary phone line for those who need to cancel appointments due to ongoing wildfires.
The phone line will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, though those hours may be extended.
People who call are asked to have their MCP card and their appointment letter at the ready, if possible.
Those who reschedule will be contacted at a later date to do so.
