A Twillingate man has been arrested and charged with online child exploitation as the result of a months-long police investigation.
The RCMP-RNC Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit arrested 29-year-old Christian Baggs on September 18 as the result of an investigation launched in April.
Police seized a number of electronic devices for forensic analysis in the spring.
Baggs is charged with five counts of luring a child under the age of 18, and one count each of accessing, possessing, transmission and making available child pornography.
He’s been released on conditions to appear in Gander Provincial Court on November 4.
