NL Health Services is introducing temporary masking requirements in hospitals, health care facilities, and long-term care homes starting this Monday.
Flu season is upon us and with a recent spike in COVID cases in the province the measures are being brought in on a temporary basis to help keep patients, residents and staff safe.
The masking requirement applies to all visitors, support people, patients and health care workers.
