RCMP are investigating the theft of construction tools from a job site in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
An electrical crew working on a construction site on Brett Street reported the theft on Wednesday.
RCMP say someone entered the job site and removed a number of building tools, estimated to be worth at least $8,000.
The items include a cordless skill saw and battery, a cordless drill, and a bag with various hand tools inside.
All of the items are engraved or marked with the name of the contractor or company.
A full list of stolen items:
– A 60-volt Dewalt Cordless Skill Saw and battery
– An 18–20-volt Dewalt Cordless Drill and 18-inch Milwaukee Auger Bit
– Several additional batteries,
– A Kline tool bag, with hand tools inside.
