Cenovus is marking 20 years of production in the White Rose Field today, and the upcoming completion of the West White Rose project.
The company is hosting an event at The Rooms this morning which they say will celebrate their offshore past, present and future.
Representatives from Cenovus, as well as the provincial and federal governments, will be on hand.
The event begins at 8:30 a.m. and VOCM News will be there.
