Brothers Ibrahim Hussein, 20, and Hussein Hussein, 23, were in court this morning in connection with the shooting death of 33-year-old Gerald Kyle Hynes back in April.

The younger of the two is charged with first-degree murder while the elder, and three others, are charged with helping the accused escape.

Trial dates were expected to be set today but court was told an issue, which was not divulged, has come up that will delay the process.

With that, election and pleas were postponed until the next arraignment date in early January.
