One person was taken into custody after a police operation on the Trans Canada near Badger yesterday.
RCMP converged on the area near Crooked Lake Road yesterday afternoon in relation to an investigation.
Drivers were advised to keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary, however police had advised that there was no risk to public safety.
No further details have been provided.

A police operation is currently under way on the Trans-Canada near the town of Badger.
The RCMP say commuters will notice a heavy police presence, including their emergency response team, near Crooked Lake Road.
Police do not believe there is an immediate risk to public safety, but anyone who sees anything suspicious is being asked to call 911.
