A woman is in trouble with the law after banging on doors in the west end with a hammer.

RNC got a call from someone living on Barachois Street around 4:30 yesterday morning.

Police were able to track down the 42-year-old suspect and charge her with mischief and property damage.

She was released to appear in court at a later date.
