The justice minister will provide details tomorrow on issues currently affecting the provincial court system.
Last week, a notice was sent out indicating that all civil and traffic hearings, and all Contraventions Act matters, would be adjourned indefinitely.
Circuit court in Baie Verte was immediately suspended, and the circuit court in Port aux Basques would be suspended after this week.
Cases scheduled for Baie Verte will be called in Grand Falls-Windsor, and cases scheduled for Port aux Basques will be called in Stephenville.
Until now, the department has been silent on the cause of the disruptions and changes.
Minister Helen Conway-Ottenheimer will address the issue tomorrow at 2:00 at Confederation Building.
VOCM News will be there.
