A sixth person has been charged in connection with a homicide in the east end of St. John’s last spring when a 33-year-old man was shot on Watson Street.
Twenty-year-old Ibrahim Hussein was arrested for murder after Gerald Kyle Hynes was gunned down in April. His brother, 23-year-old Hussein Hussein was charged with accessory after the fact, and obstructing police.
In recent weeks, three others have also been charged with helping Hussein in the aftermath.
And now a fourth, 23-year-old Logan Desousa, who also goes by Logan Whiteway, is also charged with accessory to murder after the fact.
He appeared in court today, with his next appearance set for February 6th.
