A man who has been declared a long-term sexual offender is facing more charges for allegedly committing indecent acts at Her Majesty’s Penitentiary.
Thirty-four-year-old Stephen Hopkins is accused of committing indecent acts in the presence of staff and other inmates over a series of days in July.
On Wednesday, Hopkins was charged with five counts of an indecent act.
He appeared in court today.
Hopkins was charged with similar offences in February of this year.
