A young man who did not fancy living by court-ordered restrictions is in custody.

The RNC were called by a business in the west end of St. John’s around mid-afternoon yesterday who complained about a person who was not welcome on the property. Just being there was a breach of a court order, but officers were met with resistance when they tried to arrest him.

The youth was held for court to face charges of breaching court orders and resisting arrest.
