A man has been arrested for theft after being caught red-handed outside a business in the west end of St. John’s.
The RNC descended on the scene at about 2:00 to find the 31-year-old with stolen merchandise on him. Not only that, but he was also cited for breaching a court order and ignoring a warrant for his arrest.
He will appear in court today.
