A 58-year-old man has been charged with impaired after he was stopped by RCMP in Pasadena.
Police initially pulled the man over outside a business in the town to tell him that the nearby trails were closed. However, the officer noticed that the man showed signs of impairment.
A breath test was administered, which police say the man failed.
His license was suspended and the vehicle impounded.
He will appear in court in February.
