A woman has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery in Churchill Square.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary were first called to the jewelry store just before 5 p.m. on January 30th.
They say a suspect entered the store with a weapon, demanded jewelry, and fled the scene before police arrived.
Forty-year-old Romaine Keefe was arrested Sunday night in Mount Pearl in connection to the incident and is facing a raft of charges. Most of the charges are firearm-related, and there is also a single charge of disguise with intent.
The accused has also been charged with theft and breaches on an unrelated matter.
