A 29-year-old man is facing a list of charges following a disturbance at a home in Natuashish on the weekend.

RCMP responded to the home of Tshakapesh Street last Sunday night.

Police located the man outside, but he resisted their attempts to take him into custody and is accused of physically assaulting one of the officers.

Javaron Gregoire is facing charges of assaulting a police officer, being unlawfully in a dwelling, resisting arrest, uttering threats to property or animals, and impaired driving.

He’s scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
