People in eastern Newfoundland are flocking to the stores not just to buy snowblowers, but to get them fixed too.
The province is experiencing its snowiest winter in years and, perhaps unsurprisingly, that has resulted in a huge uptick in people looking to purchase a snowblower.
Atlantic Tractor and Trailer on Danny Drive in Galway is one of the places people are heading to in droves.

While VP of Operations Dean Jacobs says they are seeing lots of people looking to buy, they have also seen a sharp increase in people looking to get their machines repaired.
Jacobs says there is one common mistake a lot of people are making.
He says not to drive your blower hard into the snowbank as it can damage parts like the friction discs and belts. He says people need to take their time, knock the snow down, and then blow it.
While there is lots of demand on the supply chain, Jacobs says more shipments of machines are on the way and are expected later this week.
