Brad Gushue faltered in his last rock against Manitoba in the opening round of the playoffs Friday afternoon at the Montana’s Brier at the Mary Brown’s Centre, but rebounded last night against Jayden King of Ontario to earn a spot in today’s playoff round.
Gushue will now face Brad Jacobs this afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in an elimination game dubbed the “Battle of the Brads.” The winner will move on and the loser goes home.
Gushue defeated Jacobs 4-2 in the round robin.
