A 35-year-old woman has been arrested and charged after police say she was swinging a stick at vehicles and pedestrians in the middle of Lemarchant Road.
The RNC were called to the area just before 9:30 last night and arrested the woman. She has been charged with causing a disturbance, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breach of release order.
She was held for court.
