A 42-year-old man, well known to the ticketing system, had his vehicle impounded after being caught doing 141 km/h on the TCH.
The incident happened just after 9:00 yesterday morning.
Police say the driver has nearly $17-thousand in fines and was suspended from driving.
The man will add two more tickets to his long list, including speeding and driving while suspended.
The vehicle has since been impounded.
