RCMP Investigate Crash That Claimed the Life of Driver

A 47-year-old woman is dead following a single vehicle crash near Bonavista last Thursday night.

RCMP were called to the scene on Elliston Road near Bonavista around 10:00 p.m. Thursday.

The driver was taken to hospital in Bonavista and transferred to Clarenville where she succumbed to her injuries the following day.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
