A 40-year-old man has been charged with alleged sexual assaults against young people in the St. John’s area.
RNC were contacted on March 18th with reports about sexual assaults against teenage girls.
Police arrested Kyle Harbin of St. John’s on Sunday. He was held in custody to appear in court on charges of sexual assault, sexual interference, uttering threats and two counts each of luring, and making sexually explicit material available to a child.
The RNC is encouraging anyone who may have experienced sexual violence to reach out for help from a trusted source.
