A teenager has been arrested and charged following a stabbing in Mount Pearl early Monday morning.
The RNC were called to a home in the city just after 2 a.m. and found a male with non-life threatening stab wounds. That person was taken to hospital for treatment.
The suspect, identified as a 13-year-old boy, was arrested on a nearby walking trail at 3 a.m.
The accused is now facing charges of assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm. He was held for court.
