There is no commitment from government as to whether or not it intends to step in when Memorial University divests itself of the Johnson Geo Centre at the end of the year.
MUN intends to unload a number of properties, including its Signal Hill campus, its Harlow campus in the U.K. and the Johnson Geo Centre as part of cost-cutting measures.
