There will be no access to the Outer Ring Road tomorrow to facilitate the annual highway cleanup.
The highway will be blocked off at 7 a.m. and will reopen at 7 p.m. Signage will be in place and crews will be on site to redirect any traffic.
Last year’s cleanup resulted in 2,800 bags of garbage collected along with several items that were likely bound for the dump.
The provincial government reminds drivers that there are fines in place for anyone caught littering or driving with unsecure cargo.
