Three people have been arrested after a very busy Tuesday morning which began with a gas-and-dash in Conception Bay South in a stolen school bus.

That incident unfolded at a station on the main highway around 7:00 that morning.

RNC identified the driver through surveillance video as 23-year-old Logan Oake of Minerals Road. So, they went to the home to find him and while they were there, a man from a nearby home fled the scene. Roger Kennedy, who’s 41, was quickly apprehended on charges of outstanding warrants and breaches of court orders.

Around noon on Tuesday, RNC located Oake at a home in Long Pond where he and 27-year-old Lucas Dawe were arrested.

Oake, who was cited in the school bus gas-and-dash, faces numerous charges including resisting arrest and theft under $5,000.

He and Dawe have each been charged with breaching court orders.

All three spent the night at the lockup.
