A 48-year-old man is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow after two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries in Grand Falls-Windsor last week.
Police were called to a home on Price’s Avenue last Friday afternoon where they found two people inside with serious injuries.
Michael Baker was found outside on a nearby property and taken into custody.
The accused is facing two counts each of aggravated assault, uttering threats and a single count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
RCMP say the investigation remains active, and no additional information is being released at this time.
